Registered in 2015 from unknown parentage, 'Ohh! Lovilia' is a large hosta distinguished by its blue-green leaves with gold margins and a unique combination of glaucous bloom, delicate pebbling, and moderately rippled margins. The broadly ovate leaves with twisted tips and cordate bases present a lightly corrugated surface, while the yellow margins exhibit a distinctive ruffled appearance.

In the Garden

This cultivar forms a mound-like clump reaching 36 inches (91.4 cm) in diameter and 18 inches (45.7 cm) in height with a moderate growth rate. It performs best in partial to full shade, typical of most hostas, and its substantial size makes it suitable as a specimen plant or for mid-border placement in woodland gardens. The blue-green foliage with gold margins pairs well with ferns, astilbes, or other shade-tolerant perennials.

Care Notes
