Registered in 2014, 'Colors in Motion' is a giant hosta cultivar notable for its blue-green leaves with creamy white streaks and margins, a product of the cross between *Hosta* 'Grey Cole' streaked F1 and *Justice*. The plant is distinguished by its extreme fertility among streaked cultivars, producing large, broadly ovate leaves with a glaucous bloom on both surfaces.

'Colors in Motion' forms a substantial mound reaching 31 inches (79 cm) in height and 69 inches (175 cm) in diameter, with a moderate growth rate. It performs best in partial to full shade, typical of blue-leaved hostas, where the glaucous bloom remains most pronounced. The large, corrugated leaves and tall scapes (up to 37 inches / 93 cm) make this cultivar suitable as a specimen or background plant in woodland gardens, paired with ferns or shade-tolerant perennials.
