The cultivar 'President's Choice' forms a substantial mound reaching 32 inches (81.3 cm) in height and 60 inches (152.4 cm) in diameter, with individual leaves measuring 14 inches (35.6 cm) long by 12 inches (30.5 cm) wide.
In the Garden
'President's Choice' performs best in partial to full shade, where its blue-green foliage retains its color and resists scorching. Its substantial size makes it suitable as a specimen plant or as a background element in shaded borders, where it pairs well with ferns, *Astilbe*, and other shade-tolerant perennials.
