Overview
A miniature sport of *Hosta* 'Gold Edger', registered by Bilben in 1998. 'Bilben Little Atlantis' is visually defined by its small, green leaves with golden yellow streaked flat margins, forming a compact mound.
In the Garden
Reaching approximately 4 inches (10.2 cm) in height and 9.5 inches (24.1 cm) in diameter, this miniature hosta is well-suited for the front of borders, rock gardens, or trough gardens. It performs best in partial to full shade, typical of most hostas, and pairs effectively with other small perennials such as heucheras or miniature ferns. Its compact size also makes it an excellent candidate for container cultivation.
Care Notes
Provide consistent moisture, particularly during dry periods, and apply a balanced fertilizer in early spring as new growth emerges. Slugs and deer may damage foliage; monitor and manage as needed in typical hosta-growing zones.
