Registered in 2002, *Hosta* 'Jujen' is a sport of *H.* 'Squash Casserole' distinguished by its green leaves with creamy white margins and a notable seasonal color change. The ovate, cordate-based leaves emerge golden yellow with uneven, slightly rippled creamy margins that transition to green with white margins as the season progresses, creating a two-tone effect.

This medium-sized hosta forms a mound 10 inches (25.4 cm) tall and 24 inches (61.0 cm) in diameter, with a moderate growth rate. It performs best in partial to full shade in typical hosta-growing zones, where its leaf coloration develops most reliably. The moderate size suits it for mid-border positions, woodland gardens, or as a specimen in shaded beds; it pairs well with ferns, heucheras, or other shade-tolerant perennials.

Care Notes
