Registered in 1998, *Hosta* 'Lovely Lauren' is a medium-sized cultivar derived from a hybrid of *H. 'Sophistication'*. It is distinguished by its upright, rounded clump of medium green leaves with creamy white, slightly rippled margins, and tall scapes bearing pale lavender flowers.

'Lovely Lauren' forms a clump 15 inches (38.1 cm) tall and 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide, with a moderate growth rate. It performs best in partial to full shade, typical of hosta-growing zones, and is suitable for borders, woodland gardens, or as a specimen in shaded beds. Its upright habit and medium size make it compatible with ferns, heucheras, and other shade perennials.

Care Notes
