Registered in 2009 as a sport of an unidentified parent, *Hosta* 'Right Around Morning Sunrise' is a small cultivar distinguished by its multi-colored central streaks of green, greenish yellow, cream, and white, bordered by a narrow white edge. The leaf center exhibits a streaked pattern that darkens slowly through the growing season, while the white margin remains stable.

This slow-growing, mound-forming hosta reaches 12 inches (30.5 cm) in height and 24 inches (61.0 cm) in diameter at maturity, making it suitable for the front of borders, rock gardens, or container plantings. It performs best in partial to full shade, as is typical for hostas, and pairs well with small ferns, heucheras, or shade-tolerant annuals.
