All Jazzed Up

Hosta "All Jazzed Up" review

Creamy-white on medium fresh green, leaves are wavy and slightly rippled and shiny. Here's what introducer Loleta Powell has to say about it: A dashing striped sport of 'Snow Crest'. Vigorous. Creamy white stripes on a medium fresh green 2 1/4 ft clump. Leaves are 4 1/4' wide , lance shaped and 14' long. Heavy bloomer on 26 ' scapes Leaves are wavy and slightly rippled and shiny. Pale lavender flowers w/ purple stripes, fragrant, exciting clump REBLOOMS. 'All Jazzed Up' is a highly sought after streaked plant from occasional introducer Loleta Powell of Powell's Gardens in North Carolina. It's a nicely streaked, strong grower that's known to be fertile. The flowers are fragrant, making it one of a small group of streaked fragrant plants. This is a plant that won't disappoint, good as a feature plant, and interesting to hybridizers.
