Hosta ‘Website’ is a registered cultivar () .

Year registered1999
Section classII-1

Overview

Registered in 1999, this large variegated cultivar resulted from a cross between *Hosta* 'Love Pat' and *Hosta* 'Puckered Giant'. It is visually distinctive for its cordate leaves with light green, slightly rippled margins, a very shiny upper surface, and a dull underside, contrasting with a dark green center.

In the Garden

Reaching 22 inches (55.9 cm) in height and 30 inches (76.2 cm) in diameter with an upright habit and moderate growth rate, this hosta is best suited to partial to full shade in typical hosta-growing zones. Its substantial size makes it an effective specimen or accent plant in shaded borders, woodland gardens, or as a groundcover beneath deciduous trees. It pairs well with ferns, astilbes, and other shade-tolerant perennials.

Care Notes

Provide consistent moisture, especially during dry periods, and apply a balanced fertilizer in early spring as new growth emerges. Slugs and deer may damage the foliage, so monitor and manage as needed.
