Registered in 2015, 'Don’t Look Back' is a medium-sized hosta of unknown parentage. Its most distinctive feature is a striking mediovariegation pattern, where the leaf center displays a streaked combination of medium green, white, and pale yellow, while the margins remain white with slightly rippled edges.

'Don’t Look Back' forms a mound-like clump reaching 9 inches (22.9 cm) in height and 24 inches (61.0 cm) in diameter, with a moderate growth rate. It performs best in partial to full shade, typical of hosta-growing zones, and pairs well with ferns, heucheras, and other shade-tolerant perennials. Its medium size makes it suitable for border fronts, woodland gardens, or shaded container plantings.

Care Notes

Provide consistent moisture, especially during dry periods, and apply a balanced slow-release fertilizer in early spring as new growth emerges. Standard slug and deer precautions are recommended, as with most hostas.
