Overview
Registered in 2014 as a stable sport of *Hosta* 'Justice', 'Total Justice' is a large, upright-growing cultivar distinguished by its green leaves with white margins that occasionally show variable light green streaks. The leaf blades are ovate with cordate bases, lightly twisted and folded, and exhibit slight corrugation with a slightly shiny surface on both sides.
In the Garden
'Total Justice' reaches a mature diameter of approximately 31.5 inches (80 cm) and a height of 19.6 inches (50 cm), making it suitable for mid-border or specimen placement in partial to full shade. Its upright habit and white scapes, which rise 27.5 to 35.4 inches (70 to 90 cm) tall, provide vertical interest among lower-growing perennials such as ferns or *Heuchera*. Due to its large size, it is not recommended for container cultivation.
Care Notes
Provide consistent moisture during dry periods and apply a balanced fertilizer in early spring as growth emerges. Like most hostas, it is susceptible to slug and deer damage; monitoring and protective measures may be necessary in affected gardens.
