Hosta "Lakeside Legal Tender" review
'Lakeside Legal Tender offers the desirable coloring of the famous Hosta 'Frances Williams' but without the burning or spotting. The small to medium-sized plant is neat and compact. It blue-green leaves are cupped and crested with a golden margin. Near-white tubular flowers are borne on well-proportioned scapes. This is a 1999 introduction. The leaves are nearly round with a cordate base. The parentage is Hosta "seedling" x Hosta "seedling." [MC]. New for 2000. Small cupped blue green with gold border. Heavy substance, border doesn't burn or spot.
