Hosta "Dream Boat" review
From the first time I saw it, the unusual cupping and color of this hosta, made it a favorite of mine. It's truly unique foot-long artichoke colored, upright leaves are boat-shaped, a small flotilla sailing in the wind. It flowers in July and August, is fertile and would make a great breeding plant. It is worth a look for sure. At first it was only a few leaves that were hollowed out, maybe a canoe or kayak, with a nice and glaucus underside to the leaf! With time it definitely developed into a boat shape, my 'Dream Boat'! This plant loves water and will tolerate some afternoon sun.
