Wide, heart shaped, deep green leaves with nice creamy white edges. Corrugated. White flowers. Creamy white edge on dark green foliage. Pyramidal habit. Heavily corrugated. Pale lavender flowers in late June. Excellent blue-green with clean white margins. Specimen type. Medium green creamy-margined leaves with heavy substance; an outstanding plant with lavender flowers. Known for it's Christmas Tree effect on the flower stalks that shows up occasionally and for the plants pyramidal habit. The soft lavender flowers are the lights and the creamy-white edge is the dusting of snow on the dark forest green center. Heavily corrugated foliage holds water droplets like pearls. (Plant 36x20) Named for the vestigial leaves on its flower scapes which are supposed to produce a 'Christmas tree' effect. Frankly, I have not seen the plant produce this effect.  Regardless, it is a beautiful plant, with deep green, heavily crinkled rounded leaves with contrasting white margins. Very vigorous. Lavender flowers. Heart shaped leaves, blue center and a white margin. 20"x20". Seersuckered. Nice. Beautiful emerald green heart shaped leaves (8"x5") margined with cream to white. This light margin, although narrow, is irregular in pattern graduating into the green. The leaf texture is lightly puckered with prominent veins. With maturity, the heavy substance of the leaves will cup slightly complementing a graceful thick mound. A must for the specimen garden. 20"x36". Blooms white. Shade to 1/2 sun. Growth average. Large, wide, deep green foliage with creamy white edge, heavily corrugated. Choice! Lavender flowers. Medium-large mound of heavily corrugated , creamy margined foliage of thick substance. Leafy scapes of lavendar flowers in July can produce "Christmas tree" effect.
