FOR HEATED SHIPPING – please choose Standard shipping at checkout. If your delivery location is in an area with freezing temperatures a heat pack will likely be included with priority mail shipping. Heat packs is probably not added to orders where temperatures don’t fall below freezing. Free replacements is probably not sent for frozen plants when customer does not purchase heated shipping.
Plants will arrive in individual gift packaging with cushioning. Each plant is fully rooted and planted in soil in a plastic growers pot. Our plants ship instantly from our greenhouse to your house.
